A useful rental request starts with the cooling job and the site conditions. Gathering the details below helps the Masters team evaluate equipment options and define the work required for a planned shutdown, additional capacity or an unexpected outage.
Define the Cooling Requirement
Describe what needs cooling, the required capacity and the temperatures your process or building must maintain. Include available design information, existing equipment model numbers and whether the load changes during the day. If capacity is uncertain, say so; the selection needs to be reviewed for the application.
Describe the Water Circuit
Provide supply and return temperatures, required flow, fluid type and any glycol concentration. Identify available connection sizes and locations. Share a system sketch or photos if available so the team can discuss piping, pumping and the connection to the existing system.
Confirm Power and Site Access
Have the facility’s qualified electrical team confirm the available electrical supply. Describe the proposed equipment location, truck access, placement restrictions and the distance to the connection points. Note occupied areas or operational limits that could affect noise, routing or the work schedule.
Set the Schedule and Responsibilities
Provide the requested start date, expected duration and allowable interruption to operations. Agree on delivery, installation, startup, monitoring, service and removal responsibilities before mobilization. Include a site contact and a way to reach the facility team during the work.
Plan the Transition Back
Discuss how the temporary equipment will be disconnected and how the permanent system will return to service. If a shutdown or repair schedule changes, contact Masters to review the rental duration and availability.
