Ho-Chunk Gaming Beloit is a phased casino and hospitality development near the Wisconsin–Illinois border. The resort plan combines a casino, restaurants, conference facilities, a 312-room hotel and structured parking.
The Challenge
Gaming, restaurants, conference spaces and hotel accommodations create different occupancy patterns, operating schedules and comfort needs. The HVAC application calls for coordinating cooling and air-conditioning across this mix of spaces while managing ventilation energy and supporting dependable indoor conditions.
Masters Solution
Masters supplied Daikin magnetic bearing chillers, Daikin semi-custom air handling units and Daikin fan coils for the Beloit casino, hotel and conference center. The package brings central cooling, air handling and space conditioning together for the resort development. EXP is the mechanical engineer, with J.M. Brennan and J.F. Ahern serving as mechanical contractors.
