Project Overview
Donald & Patricia Schneider Family Hall gives St. Norbert College’s business and economics programs a new home overlooking the Fox River in De Pere. The 45,000-square-foot building opened for fall 2025 classes. It includes 16 classrooms, three conference rooms, 32 offices and 17 spaces for individual or collaborative study, along with a riverfront terrace.
The Challenge
Classrooms, individual study areas, offices and executive education spaces have different occupancy patterns and comfort needs. The HVAC application calls for appropriate ventilation and conditioning across that mix while managing energy use as schedules and loads change.
Masters Solution
Masters supplied Multistack VME equipment and Daikin Skyline air handling units for Schneider Family Hall. The package supports the building’s conditioning and air handling needs across its teaching, study and collaboration spaces. Ring & DuChateau is the mechanical engineer, with J.F. Ahern serving as mechanical contractor.
